This is one of the best application when it comes to astronomy. I enjoy the fact that every new planet that gets discovered get put into the system. Thank you for keeping the good work.

Pretty geeky obviously but this is a great, free app. Gives "the cosmic perspective," as Neil DeGrasse Tyson would say. Few app experiences are as neat as twirling and zooming the Milky Way with your fingertips. Enjoy!

I really like this app. Very informative. I think a really cool addition to this application would be showing the position of Voyager 1 & 2, as well as, Pioneer 10 & 11 and New Horizons.

by doc_device - Version 5.2.1 - 15 February 2011
The app has gotten a lot better and smoother over the months. I really like how the milky way feature evolved. I just wish earth was in there so I could zoom into earth from the galaxy. That would be awesome. Otherwise I'm real happy !
Gorgeous beautiful app! -
by cjoy007 - Version 5.2.1 - 15 February 2011
It keeps me up to date on all the discoveries, very nice details and well organized. Who knows, maybe some day we will visit one of the the super earths and what a thrill that would be!! Update... I can hardly wait to see the data about a 10th planet on the edge of our solar system, it is named Tyche and is at least 4x bigger than Jupiter. It was discovered because comets were coming into our solar system a different way.. how cool is that !!!!
Excellent Astronomy app -

I love this app. Amazing amount of information. This is truly the golden age of exoplanet discovery. Nerd!

This app condenses a lot of information into a very slick operation. You can find a lot of information using the filters e.g. How many planets there are around stars of similar type to the sun, in habitable zones, etc. Don't forget this stuff is pushing the limits of knowledge. PS I couldn't find the paid version mentioned.

Its a great app! But i wish there was more info on the planets, like a discription of what the planets characteristics or moons may have, and more info on the star, but apart from that a good app ;D and a more accurate sizes of the planets! Escpecialy for our own solar system, and maybe addig the moons of the solar system? Oh and what happens when we start to descover moons? Are you going to make a exo moon app or change the name of the app? :D
Great App! -

This is a very good app for those of us who are interested in planets found outside our own solar system. The app is updated almost daily with the discoveries of exo-planets. That says something of the fast rate planets are discovered now, but also something about the dedication the developer has to this app. (Note: The new planets are downloaded automaticly when you launch the app, you don't have to update in appstore for that). When I look at the simple, but amazing model of the Milkyway Galaxy, and see all the stars, I become even more convinced there are more planets with life out there. Brilliant and exciting app! "If our planet is the only one in the whole universe that contains life, it seems to me like an awful waste of space" (or something like that) - from the movie "Contact".

Love it! -
by Tsavoss - Version 5.2.1 - 18 February 2011
I love this app always looking at it to see what's new. Waiting for a planet to be discovered like are's. I'm going to be the first in line for a ticket there :)

Simple, clear and easy to navigate - a very informative app on the incredible world (no pun intended) of exoplanets. I look forward to seeing the first "Earth sized planet found - IN GOLDILOCKS ZONE!" news headline in an update in the not too distant future.
The most valuable job -

Perfect this is what i was expecting for many years. Congratulations to the team. Especially the milky way is petfect. Our childrens children will understand the value of this work. I would like to be in their place and use this work as a referance when travelling to the habitable stars. This is my dream never be true for me.
